First Camping Trip

We camped this past weekend for the first time in our married life.

Not really, but it was the first time we camped camping the way I enjoy it. This way.

And this way.

We had a wonderful time trying out our new unit and the kids enjoyed the campground.

We have camped with the kids over the past couple of years and although it was a little more rustic, it was still enjoyable. We have had a great time with our friends; hygiene be damned. We look forward to spending more nights around the campfire, finding more trails to hike or bike, playgrounds, pools, slush puppies at the camp store and now indoor/outdoor plumbing right at our campsite.

My poor poor blog. Left to languish. I have been a fair weather friend. Although the weather wasn't that fair even when I was blogging. Whatever. It's been so long. Shout out to my pal KD for getting her own up and running and sparking me to get back to mine.

Was just reading back through some of my previous posts. Some were cool to read, sort of like going back in your journal. Some were....well......let's just say I am glad that I am done with school. And I can imagine you are as well. If for no other reason than to not have to roll your eyes after you decide to take some time, check out my blog- only to be presented with yet another whiny poor me, I'm so busy and stressed post.
